Thirty-two people dug for garden treasure on Friday, May 17 at Brent and Becky’s Bulbs. A release said that within an hour, they had dug up most of the spring flowering bulbs and perennials in a display garden. Now the catalog garden has been replanted with summer bulbs.

Upcoming events at Brent and Becky’s gardens and shop in Ware Neck include the following:
—Garden walk with Brent Heath, 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 12. This walk is $5 a person, call 804-693-3966 to sign up;
—Pollinator celebration, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. June 17-22. Exhibits, make and take pollinator crafts, and discounts;
—Fruits for the Garden, a project of Gloucester Master Gardeners, 10 a.m. Saturday, June 22; open to the public, no fee.
