Etc. Vintage under new ownership

Etc. Vintage, a vintage and antique shop at the intersection of Buckley Hall and Twigg’s Ferry roads in Cobbs Creek, has changed hands.
Husband-and-wife team Steve and Terry Mullinix have purchased the business from Cathy and Bill Walker, who will continue to rent a booth in the shop. Under the Walkers’ ownership, the business opened in downtown Mathews eight years ago, then moved to the Cobbs Creek site five years ago.
Terry Mullinix said the shop has 14 booths for individual sellers, each of whom pays rent plus commission for their space. The vendors offer a large variety of goods, including vintage pocketbooks, glassware, lamps, flags, small décor, clothing, oyster cans, framed pictures, fishing poles, furniture, and much more.
“What’s neat is everyone has their own niche,” she said. “There’s a little bit of everything.”
In addition to the booths with household goods, there is a “man cave” that was set up by Steve Mullinix to reflect “the way a man would shop,” said Terry Mullinix. ...
