Esther Mae Belvin, 69, of Hayes, passed away peacefully Nov. 23, 2014 at Envoy of Williamsburg.

Esther Mae had worked in the Gloucester school cafeterias, but taking care of her home and children was always first with her. She loved the water, fishing and going out on the boat. She will be remembered for her kindness and showing love to everyone she came in contact with.

She is survived by her husband, Billy; four children, Joanne Bynum (Michael), Sherry Baltruckuvich, Billy Belvin Jr. and Roger Belvin (Mae Lynn); nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Alvin and Carroll, and sister, Mary Elizabeth.

A memorial service conducted by the Rev. Bob Robbins will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Inurnment will be private.
