FORGOTTEN ROAST

3 to 4 lb. eye of round or beef roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 medium onion
Put roast in Crock Pot. Sprinkle soup mix on top of roast. Add onion and mushrooms. Spread with canned soup on top. Cook for 6 to 8 hours.

½ c. cooking oil
1 small can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1½ tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased pan (8" x 8"). Bake at 375°F. for 35 minutes.

1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 (6-oz.) boxes strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 (10-oz.) boxes frozen, sliced strawberries
