Elvin B. Miller, 86, of Topping, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Marjorie McKinstry-Miller; his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Joyce Miller; his sister-in-law, Deloris Miller, and his church family.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 14, at Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 13, at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Saluda.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to Riverside Walter Reed Hospice at 7358 Main Street, Gloucester, Va. 23061.
