Elizabeth Nicole Evans, 16, of Hayes, passed away Sept. 18, 2013 unexpectedly.
To her family she was affectionately known as “Nikki Gator.” She attended Gloucester High School and was a member of Peninsula Pentecostal Church. Along with her achievements in school, she was a fun-loving young lady who enjoyed spending time with her many friends. She was a free spirit and a rescuer of friends. She enjoyed four wheeling, motor cycles and watching movies. Our beloved daughter, our bright and precious angel, with such generosity of spirit, rest in peace. You will live in our hearts forever and have left a void that can never be filled.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Samantha Evans; brother, Joseph Evans; maternal grandmother, Louise Peters; maternal grandfather, Albert Bay; paternal grandmother, Linda Evans and paternal grandfather, Norman Evans; great-grandparents, Elizabeth Garyantes, Shirley Burt and Johnnie Jones, and many other relatives and friends.
Services conducted by Gary Buckley were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013 at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Inurnment was private.
