Eleanor Louise Wesenberg, 97, of Duck, N.C., formerly of Gloucester, Va., passed away peacefully January 19, 2023 in Barco, N.C. Born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on October 23, 1925, Eleanor was the daughter of the late Julius and Hedwig Ritter. Eleanor’s surviving family members include her son, Harvey Murray Jr. and his wife Lynn; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and many other relatives.

Mrs. Wesenberg’s wishes for cremation will be honored. A graveside service will be held at Bellamy United Methodist Church Cemetery, 11 a.m., Thursday, February 9, 2023, in Gloucester.
