PERFECT BOILED EGGS

1. Place raw eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with at least two inches of cold water
2. Add 1 Tbs. salt.
3. Place the pan over high heat until it reaches a boil.
4. Turn off heat, cover and let them rest for 13 minutes.
EASY TO PEEL EGGS
Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil, and then gently lower the eggs into the water. Lower the heat to a gentle simmer. Cook for 13 minutes. When eggs are cooked drop them into an ice bath for 5 minutes. Eggs will be cool to touch. Give them several taps and then peel away. Shells will come right off.

½ tsp. salt
