Easter Egg hunt

The Mathews County Sheriff’s Office held an Easter Egg hunt on Sunday afternoon, with around 40 children and their families in attendance. Over 700 Easter eggs, stuffed with stickers and other collectables, were gathered by participants, said a press release. Three children found golden eggs, two of which contained $5 bills and one a $20 bill. One young man found 26 Easter eggs in total, said the release, and he was the lucky winner of a K9 Karma stuffed animal.
