Laurie Andrews recently opened Earth Moon Sage For Women, at Abingdon Office Park, Hayes. Earth Moon Sage For Women is a small business studio that offers alternative and holistic health services for women.
Services include online and studio classes, numerology, life coaching, card reading, herbalism, yoga, Pilates, meditation and massage.
“I feel very, very happy and relieved (that the business is open). It just feels right. It feels like it’s supposed to be here,” she said. 
Andrews has been in the practice for 27 years, teaching at the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage and other local colleges for 15 years. She owned three massage therapy practices at one particular point. Those locations were in Williamsburg, Yorktown and Northern Neck and she would travel through Gloucester a lot.
“I thought, well I ought to have another one here in Gloucester, because I am always passing through,” she said. “That’s what initially brought me to Gloucester was that travel through.”
