Eli Storrs, 16, created Little Free Pantries for Gloucester as his Eagle Scout project. A member of Troop 113 of Gloucester, Storrs raised money for the work by having a yard sale, and worked with the GUEST Shelter to place a pantry there, where anyone can place food or take food as needed. Storrs is a junior at Gloucester High School. From left are William Storrs, GUEST shelter board chairman Bill Parls, Eli Storrs and Melanie Storrs.
