Dunkin’ is expected to officially open later this month at Gloucester Point. The new location of the popular go-to place for coffee, donuts and much more, is located near the Coleman Bridge across the street from Speedway convenience store.
Franchisee owner Gregg Nigro of Restaurant Services of the Outer Banks said that that they are “working on a few final inspections” and are anticipating its soft opening will be the first full week of January and a grand opening later in the month.
Nigro said that the grand opening would include a ribbon cutting, giveaways and more. Giveaways include free coffee for a year for the first 50 people who line up for the grand opening event. A press release will be issued at a later date with more details. Attendees will also have a chance to spin the Dunkin’ prize wheel for merchandise and swag. There will also be samples of some of their current products.
