Approximately 30 people participated in the drive-in service conducted by the Rev. Sven vanBaars at Abingdon Episcopal Church on Oct. 18. With temperatures dropping, it is more comfortable for parishioners to hear the service from the comfort of their vehicles as compared to sitting outdoors with distance and masks, as they have been for weeks. The service included Holy Eucharist, Rite 2. The White Marsh church resumes services in the church this week, while also livestreaming services on Facebook and YouTube.
