Dorothy A. Keller, 87, of Grimstead, formerly of Huntington, W.Va., died Tuesday, June 14, 2011, in Elkins, W.Va.
She was born Oct. 3, 1923 in Genoa, W.Va., a daughter of the late Soloman K. and Arkansas Trent Riggs. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by her husband, the Rev. Orville G. Keller; three brothers and six sisters.
She retired from CSX, and was a member of Gwynn’s Island Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Keller of Laurel, Md., Terry Keller and his wife Cheryl of Midlothian, Va.; one daughter, Marijane Kiley and her husband Richard of Elkins, W.Va; granddaughter, Erika Carrier and her husband Russell of Rappahannock, Va.; three grandsons, Jason Keller and his wife Jennifer of Midlothian, Richard Kiley III and his wife Maureen of Brodheadsville, Pa., and Jonathan Kiley and his wife Tara of Elkins; great-granddaughters, Shelby Kiley, Arabella Keller, Aniya Mitchell; great-grandsons, Carson Rozell, Jordan Kiley and Anthony Kiley; one sister, Ruth Skeens of Batavia, Ohio; one brother, Leonard Riggs of Genoa, W.Va., and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2011, at the Gwynn’s Island Baptist Church.
