Doris Evelyn Diggs, 87, of Port Haywood, departed this life on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014. 

She is survived by four sons, Samuel Hayes (Carolyn), Gloucester, Wayne Diggs (Sylvia) and Rickey Diggs, Port Haywood, and Kenneth Diggs (Carolyn), Middlesex; brother, Harold Jarvis (Alice), Port Haywood, and 15 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, at Antioch Baptist Church, Susan. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 9, 2014, at the church. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
