Donors are sought for the upcoming American Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, July 16, at the Piankatank Ruritan Club, Hudgins.

The drive will be held from 12:30 to 6 p.m. that day, sponsored by Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church. Appointments can be made at redcrossblood.org or by calling 804-725-2485.

“Summer is generally a high-need/low-collection time of the year, so come out and save lives,” said Red Cross volunteer Nan Cross.
