Irvington United Methodist Church will open the doors of its educational building on Saturday for the annual Distinctive Bazaar, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Now in its 23rd year, the bazaar has become a traditional event in the Northern Neck area, with shoppers buying gifts for family and friends, while supporting the mission of the church.
The church gives a tithe to the LINK from the proceeds, gives one senior from Lancaster High School a $1,000 scholarship, and uses the remaining proceeds to pay for the new HVAC system the church needs.
