The Gloucester County Democratic Committee held its annual Patriots’ Picnic on Saturday at Whitcomb Lodge in Beaverdam Park. The picnic’s special guest was Democratic candidate for State Senate and U.S. Air Force veteran Pam Garner. Garner is running against incumbent Republican Ryan McDougle for the 26th Senate District seat on the November ballot.
