David H. Pollard, 77, of Newport News, died on Dec. 14, 2023.

He was a native of Gloucester County and a member of Morning Glory Baptist Church.

Survivors include sisters, Marilyn Pollard of Gloucester, and Mary Pollard Trisvan of Brooklyn, N.Y.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday in Morning Glory Baptist Church with a viewing from noon until service time. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Howard Funeral Home, Ark, is assisting the family.
