Arts, daffodils and imagination will combine in the annual Daffodils and Art event to take place Saturday and Sunday, April 4 and 5, at Arts on Main during the Gloucester Daffodil Festival.
The arranging event that calls on adults to stretch their creative muscles is sponsored by the Garden Club of Gloucester, in cooperation with the gallery.
A release said people wishing to participate are asked to visit Arts on Main before the festival to select any type of art to interpret. This can include sculpture, jewelry, oils, and watercolors, or whatever else strikes the imagination. Arrangements can be done on the participant’s own time with no restrictions, rules, or guidelines. Arrangements will be on display to the public at no charge both days.
To register, contact Vivian Shackelford at queena.viv@gmail.com or Sarah Finney at sgfinney@rapcrete.com or by calling 804-815-3396.
