Zoll Vineyards was the site of the successful Gloucester Daffodil Club Auction and Gala, held on Nov. 18 at the Dutton winery.
Participants enjoyed dinner and the music of Eden Blaylock as they bid on the live auction in the vineyard’s Great Room. Bidding had begun earlier in the week in an online auction that closed before the festivities began.
A wide range of items were auctioned off, including hosted dinner parties, vacation getaways, framed historic Daffodil Festival pictures, tickets to the Nutcracker in Richmond, handmade quilts, and personalized flower arrangements.
Many local businesses donated auction items, according to a press release, including Farmasea Restaurant, Olivia’s in the Village, Scoot’s BBQ, Nuttall’s Store, Yolanda’s, Amazing Grace Flower Farm, Brent & Becky’s Bulbs, and Heartfelt Touch Massage Therapy.
