ISRAELI CRAB SALAD
First place winner in salad category and Grand Prize winner
Claudia Riley, Crisfield, Md.
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cucumbers, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped and peeled
¼ c. parsley (curly), chopped fine
1 small onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Feta cheese to taste
Juice from large lemon
6 Tbs. olive oil
Black olives
Chop all vegetables. Mix, adding salt and pepper and cheese. Mix lemon juice from large lemon and olive oil. Put some on crab. Mix rest in salad. Place salad on plate. Add crab in center on top. Dress with black olives.
EASY CRAB CURRY
First place winner in Main Dish category

1 lb. crabmeat
1 can cream soup (I used chicken)
½ tsp. lemon juice
¼ c. grated sharp cheese
1 box frozen broccoli, cooked
½ c. mayonnaise
Pinch of garlic powder and lemon zest
½ tsp. curry powder
¼ c. bread crumbs
