KIM ROBINS / GAZETTE-JOURNAL Virginia State Police said charges are pending against a 24-year-old Newport News man who drove a 1998 Ford Explorer through the Gloucester Court Circle wall on March 15. The vehicle went through the wall and struck a tree and a building. VSP Sgt. Jeff Teagle said the man was transported from the scene with serious injuries.
