Constitution project

The Abingdon Ruritan Club completed a project on May 15 initiated by its Citizenship and Patriotism Committee to place a copy of the United States Constitution into the hands of Gloucester High School students, eighth grade middle school United States history students and members the NJROTC. This document fits in a pocket and includes the Constitution, the Amendments and the Declaration of Independence. Katie Litton, K-12 Science and Social Studies Academic Support and Remote Learning Program Administrator for Gloucester County Public Schools helped with the project, as the club was able to deliver almost 800 copies of this document to GHS, the NJROTC and Page and Peasley Middle schools.
