HOWL-A-PALOOZA: Mathews Memorial Library’s Howl-a-palooza, to be held beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday will feature a Goosebumps at the Library Party, creepy crafts and snacks, a costume contest, and games and prizes, as well as the annual Trick-or-Treat Parade at 3.
