CLASSIC CRUISERS: The Middle Peninsula Classic Cruisers will have its weekly Cruise In beginning at 5 p.m. Friday in the Main Street Center parking lot, Gloucester.
PARTY AT THE WHARF: The Party at the Wharf summer series continues at 5 p.m. Friday with music by Part Time. Food will be by 2 Salty River Chicks and On the Flip Side; there will be a cash bar. No coolers. Bring a chair. The cost is $5 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free; at Williams Wharf Landing.
COMEDY SHOW: Comedian Lucas Bohn will perform at 7 p.m. Friday at the Cobbs Creek Arts Center, 61 Cobbs Creek Lane in Mathews County in a benefit for the Court House Players. Doors open at 6 p.m. with social hour. Desserts, snacks, and drinks will be available for purchase. Tickets are $20 and are available online at courthouseplayers.org, at Office Supply in Gloucester, or at the door.
