GIGANTIC YARD SALE: The Central Village Homemakers will hold a Gigantic Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday at 13771 John Clayton Memorial Highway, North. There will be clothes, furniture, household goods, vintage items, antiques, jewelry, tools, and more. Proceeds will benefit local charities and nonprofits.

OYSTER ROAST: The Mathews Rotary Club will have its annual Oyster Roast and BBQ Riot from 2-5 p.m. Saturday at 1039 Williams Wharf Road, Mathews. Live music by Rob Oliver. Advance tickets are $40, available at Mathews Visitor Center, Haskins Bayside Service Center in Port Haywood, or Chesapeake Bank in Mathews. Tickets will be $45 at “the door.”
