SUPERVISORS: The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 o’clock tonight, Thursday, Sept. 19, in the historic courthouse on Court Street.
FRIDAY
DAR: The Cricket Hill Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 2 p.m. Friday at Kingston Parish House, 370 Main Street, Mathews. The chapter will hold a memorial service for its recently departed members and a special POW observance. Friday, Sept. 20 is POW/MIA Recognition Day.
