The Rev. Dede Parrish and the congregation of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Susan, gave Cooper La Casse, a 2022 graduate of Mathews High School, a Bible during the July 9 worship service. La Casse is preparing to study construction engineering and management, first at Rappahannock Community College and later at Virginia Tech.
