Collaborative Creations, the June exhibit at the Bay School Community Arts Center in Mathews, is on display through Monday. Each entry is a collaborative effort by two or more friends, peers, or perhaps family members. Artwork includes fiber, sculpture, hanging art, pottery, and decorative pieces by a total of 13 collaborative teams. Shown here is “Sunset” by husband-and-wife team Paul and Selena Zuhoski, photographer and watercolorist, respectively. The image began as a photograph by Paul, and he and Selena took turns laying down layers of texture and pigment until the painting was complete.
