Clubhouse built in Mathews

A fine bungalow is being erected at “Spring Hill,” the farm of Mr. S.G. Miller, which when completed with be the headquarters of the Riverside Yacht and Tennis Club which was recently organized here. Mr. S.G. Miller will be president of the new institution, L.C Garrett, vice president, J.J. Burke, Sec’y and Treasurer, and these gentlemen with Messrs. J.P. Nottingham and J.B. Sears will comprise the board of governors. The dues of the club will be twelve dollars per year (payable annually) for men and five dollars for ladies.
