Four Gloucester fishermen have received citations from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for large sheepshead caught in early September:
Robert Flippin of Gloucester, a 10-pound, 10-ounce fish caught Sept. 11 at Poquoson Flats;
Jay Brown of Hayes, 10-pound, 14-ounce fish caught Sept. 11 in the lower York River;
Brian Cerny of Gloucester, 12-pound, 10-ounce fish caught Sept. 13 at York Spit Light; and
Taylor Witt of Hayes, 10-pound, 11-ounce fish caught Sept. 14 at Mobjack Bay Reef.
