Abingdon Ruritan Club gave a $1,000 donation to Circle of Friends Foundation. Dr. Joe Lombard founded and has chaired the Circle of Friends Foundation since 1995, which assists physically and mentally challenged individuals and groups. Lombard is shown receiving the check from club past president Mary Lou Privott and her husband, past national president Danny Privott.
