Christopher Walker Hudgins, 19, of Mathews, suddenly passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2011.

He was a Mathews High School Class of 2010 graduate, and was employed by Huntington Ingalls Industries. Christopher enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and most of all spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Debra and Dennis Brennan, Andy and Amy Hudgins; brothers, Evan Brennan and Tyler Hudgins; sister, Isabella Hudgins; grandparents, Elizabeth Milby, Harlan and Linda Brooks, Tyrone and Gayle Hudgins, and Barbara Brennan, all of Mathews, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

A visitation was held at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, on Saturday, July 16, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services were held on Sunday, July 17, 2011, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with interment at Milford Cemetery.
