Two Christmas farmers’ markets will be held next Saturday, Dec. 14, in Gloucester and Mathews.
Christmas at Ware will be held at Ware Episcopal Church, Gloucester, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Mathews Main Street Committee’s Christmas Farmers’ Market will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the court green.
Sixty-plus vendors will be on the Ware Episcopal Church grounds, in an event that includes children’s activities, food, festivities and music.
A highlight of the Mathews Christmas Farmers’ Market will be a drawing at 1 p.m. for a 15-pound Christmas ham donated by Our Lil Gang Farm. Tickets are $3. There will be more vendor raffles during the market as well.
