Christmas delivery

The members of American Legion Auxiliary Unit 75, Gloucester, made deliveries on Dec. 11 for the Christmas holiday. The members delivered handmade neck pillows, goodie bags filled with treats, personal hygiene items, as well as handmade cards and ornaments made by Girl Scout Troop 1018. The gifts were delivered to the veterans in care at Gloucester House, Sanders and Walter Reed facilities in Gloucester. The last delivery stop was in Mathews at Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation. Making deliveries were, from left, Claudia Clifton, Sheila Korycinski, Cheryl Slavnik, Cheryl Knapke (American Legion member and active duty Navy), Robert Hummel, Melanie Hummel and Julie Coates.
