Chili When It’s Chilly, an annual fundraiser of the West Mathews Community League, will be held from 4-6 p.m. Saturday at the league building, the 1913 former Peninsula Schoolhouse, at 4905 East River Road, Bohannon.
Take-out dinners of many styles of chili will be available for purchase at $10. The meal will include cornbread, sides and dessert, with a choice of chili. A release said Wendy’s-style, white chili, venison chili and more will be available.
Funds raised will benefit the window replacement project at the schoolhouse.
