BOB’S CHILI

3 onions, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
15 Italian tomatoes (Roma tomatoes)
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 jar Mt. Olive Hot Banana Pepper Rings
3 lb. ground beef, browned
Add onions, green peppers, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and banana peppers into ground beef. Cook for about 10 minutes. Make sure to use all the juice from the banana peppers. Add 3 pkg. McCormick seasonings (hot chili = 1 pkg. for every pound of ground beef). You can use mild McCormick seasoning if preferred. Mix seasoning into ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes. Add 2 cans of Han-
over kidney beans. Add 1 can of Bush’s great northern beans. Add 1 can of Bush’s navy beans. Add 3 cans of Contadina (25-oz.) tomato paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add ¼ c. sugar or to taste. Cook for approximately 3½ hours at very low heat. Stir often as not to burn the bottom.
