Brass Transit, a “Chicago” tribute band, will perform familiar tunes from the band’s multi-platinum songbook at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, in the Lancaster Middle School Theater in Kilmarnock.
The performance is the first in the Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts’ 2017-2018 ‘On Stage’ series of five concerts. Tickets are $39 in advance and can be purchased by calling 804-438-5555 or online at Rappahannockfoundation.org. Season subscriptions are available for $165. Single tickets will be $45 at the door.
Other upcoming shows include Prairie Home Companion regulars Robin and Linda Williams on Nov. 18; the John Brown Little Big Band on Dec. 16; the Polish string quartet MozArt on March 9, 2018, and classical/neo-soul/R&B fusion group Sons of Serendip on April 14.
All concerts take place at the Lancaster Middle School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.
