Charlotte Ann Baughman Cecil, 82, of Hayes, Va., passed away on September 19, 2023. She is survived by her two children, Linda Cecil Reams, Duane C. Cecil, and a son-in-law, Stan Reams, as well as two grandchildren, Ashley and Evan Reams.

A memorial/celebration of life service will be held at Bethany United Methodist Church located at 1860 Hayes Road, Gloucester Point, Va. 23062 on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany United Methodist Church in memory of Charlotte Cecil.
