Charles Henry Wiggins, 82, of Hayes, died April 10, 2015 at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.

He served in the U.S. Army and was retired from Dominion Virginia Power. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and golfing. Charles loved watching John Wayne movies and listening to Rush Limbaugh.

He was preceded in death by father, Bergin Winfred Wiggins; mother, Ella Wiggins; brother, James Cecil Wiggins; sister, Clarine Weasley, and great-grandson, Alec Dean Rammell.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Kathryn Wiggins; son, Daryl Winfred Wiggins and wife Anita; daughters, Cheryl Lynn Wiggins and Susan Michele Wiggins; grandchildren, Sherrie Knoller and husband Colin, Nichole Lynn Jenkins and Michael Dwayne Jenkins, and great-granddaughters, Sarah and Charlotte Knoller.

Graveside funeral service conducted by the Rev. Bill West were held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. Friends assembled at the cemetery.
