A Celtic Service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Kingston Parish Chapel, 370 Main St., Mathews. This St. Patrick’s Day Eve service will feature two 5th Century Celtic Saints, the beloved St. Patrick and St. Pelagius.
