Carolyn Howlett, age 79, of Gloucester, passed away on October 19, 2023 at Walter Reed Convalescent Center surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Cooper and Neallie Horsley Cooper; her husband, Raymond Howlett, and companion of many years, Sam Hogge. She is survived by her son, Kenny Ray (Lisa); daughters, Pam Hudgins (Bubba) and Mary Burgess; stepson, Ronnie (Sharon); brother, Bobby, and sister Dianne; loving grandchildren, Brittany Howlett, Bryar Burgess, and Ashley Murray; great-grandchildren, Kensington, June Rose, Zion, Kaylee, and grand dog, “Oreo.” We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all at Walter Reed Convalescent Center and Hospice who took such good care of our mother.
