} Yes, she is back in the kitchen and doing what she loves: baking cookies, pies and a few cakes. Everyone knows how well Liz Scribe can handle a kitchen. She operated solo the Sandpiper Reef Restaurant in Hallieford following a year of working with the business’s prior owner. It was only having the feeling of “wanting to spend some time with my family” that Liz decided to end her restaurant career. But she didn’t leave the kitchen.
“I have always loved to make cookies ever since I can remember, say, around six or seven years old,” Liz confessed as a big smile crossed her face. “Baking has just been something I love to do. I grew up around Italian cooks where food is most important.”
Associating herself with the culinary world at an early age has given Liz the skills, along with her born talent, to explore the food world on her own and then to share what she has learned with others.
