Okie Sidehamer of Newport News will give instruction in making kokedama—live moss that holds a plant—at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 15. The cost is $25 and includes all supplies.
A pollinator day is set for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, with guided walks around the gardens to teach about the plants that attract pollinating insects.
