Fifteen-year-old Kacey Walker of Mathews designed this year’s breast cancer awareness T-shirt for Tidewater Federal Firefighters Local F-25. Each year’s T-shirts are sold to union members to raise money for the fight against breast cancer, and the firefighters wear them during the month of October. Kacey is the daughter of William and Bethany Walker of Mathews. William Walker works for Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fire and Emergency Services at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station.
