Bradley James Perkins, 43, of Gloucester, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 30, 2024. He is survived by his children, Zachary, 22, Kingston, 13, and Mason, 3; grandfather, James A. Perkins; father, James C. Perkins (Christel), also of Gloucester; his mother, Connie O. Huston (Robert); brothers, Jacob Huston (Tess), Joe Kilgore; sister, Amanda Carter (Josh) of North Chesterfield, and a host of nieces, nephews, many cousins. Brad was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, mentor and friend to many. He loved sports, boating, fishing and people. He worked with his friends at Ole Town Chimney Sweep & Contracting. A service under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home will be held on July 13 at 2 p.m. at LightHouse Church, Gloucester, Va. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters or to Gloucester Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
