The Botetourt High School Class of 1947 held its 76th reunion on July 27 at Olivia’s in the Village, Gloucester. Of the original graduating class of 29 students, only four are still around. Three of those class members—Harvey Morgan, Joe Pointer and Marvin Brown, from left—took part in the luncheon reunion. The fourth, Ruth Anderton, was unable to attend. About 20 years ago, the class began holding reunion gatherings twice a year, Morgan said.
