Patti Procopi, author of “Please … tell me more” and other books will be the guest speaker at this year’s York River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons Book Author Luncheon.
The event will be held beginning at noon on Friday, March 21, at Providence Baptist Church, 3501 Providence Road, Hayes.
In addition to a book talk and a nice luncheon, there will be three “fabulous” door prizes, said a press release.
Tickets are $30 and they are available at the Silver Box on Main Street in Gloucester, from circle members, or by calling 757-412-9294.
Proceeds will go to the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters and to four local charities.
