The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the homicide of a black male believed to be 18-29 years old whose body was discovered Monday afternoon in the 3600 block of Providence Road, the GCSO reported.
Shortly after 4 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to the location following the discovery of the body. An ongoing criminal investigation and autopsy have determined this to be a homicide, the sheriff’s report stated. While forensic and investigative efforts continue, the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the public as the decedent has not been identified.
The victim was approximately 5’9” tall and weighed approximately 165 pounds with the following tattoos: “TRL,” “Loyalty,” “Hell,” “Peace 96” and “Yata.”
